This type shale shaker screen have two types:


1. HOOKSTRIP FLAT SCREEN
Hookstrip flat screen panel are constructed with two or three 304or 316stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate combined together. Because of different mesh size ,and steel backing plate,on the condition of using intensity,to get the best and most effective filtering area.

2. SHAKER SCREEN
  This shaker screen panels are constructcted with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers ,after compounded and bended,with a       steel backing plate combined together. The wire cloth and bottom steel backing palte combined tightly,increase the filtering area 120% to 150% more than hookstrip flat screen,get an better effective.
