Characteristics of our disc-brake device:
1.Number of service tongs and safety tongs are on an equal matching according to number(same to 9000m,12000m rig),brake torque of service tongs and safety tongs are meet requirement of max.brake torque (more than the requirements stipulated in national standard), as result,brake combined torque is much bigger,which avoids accident taking place frequently caused by number lacking of safety tongs (parking tongs) and small brake torque of safety tongs.
2.By taking advantage of experience of abroad,electric ctrl pneumatic valve is adopted to loop ctrl of electronic brake handle in order to control hydraulic direction-changing valve to realize working ctrl of brake tongs, which avoids liable valve blocked accident caused by overheating from big electric-magnetic power of hydraulic direction changing valve.
3.Dual fail-safe design is adopted in the ctrl loop of safety tongs. Hydraulic direction changing valve is set as one opened and one closed,that is to say,one for used the other for reserve working together, which avoids valve blocked accident cause by overheating and particle in the oil.
4.Equipped with hand pump, which can ensure brake-brake device working at any time on the working condition without power and pneumatic supply
5.Equipped with oil feeding and self-circulating filtration device, which can reduce pollution of hydraulic system, and mostly reduce breakdown.
