The ZDS series drilling fluid vibrating screen is the first-level purification equipment of the mud solids control system. It is mainly used to remove larger harmful solid particles in the drilling fluid. In fact, more than 70% of the harmful solid particles in the drilling fluid are composed of Vibrating screen separation.

This series of vibrating screens adopts a plate-frame composite screen and a rapid screen pressing device. The maximum processing capacity can reach 360m³/h, and the maximum mesh size of the screen is 360 meshes. While ensuring that the quality of the drilling fluid meets the drilling process requirements, the processing time of the drilling fluid is shortened and the drilling efficiency of the drilling team is improved.

The ZDS series vibrating screen uses a large number of stainless steel parts, and its service life is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary vibrating screens.
