1. Composed of two parts: the power end assembly and the fluid end assembly.
2. Adopts an integral crankshaft structure supported by heavy-duty roller bearings. Two pairs of involute gears are mounted on both ends of the crankshaft to transmit power, reducing gear transmission noise and extending the gear lifespan.
3. The pump is lightweight, compact, and has high pressure. It is highly popular in the market and custom-designed for high-power, high-volume oilfield operations.
4. The fluid end features an EWS design, with 20 alloy steel tie rods connecting the fluid end and the power end. When disassembling the fluid end, the tie rods remain attached to the power end. The connection between the plunger and the small connecting rod uses a clamp, making the disassembly and maintenance of the fluid end easy.
5. The fluid end assembly can accommodate four different sizes of plungers (3.75", 4", 4.5" and 5") to achieve different pressures and flow rates, providing customers with options according to their needs.
