1. Main application:
High pressure adjustable elbows are designed according to API Spec 16C, made of high quality alloy steel, with a triple-channel design, uniform wall thickness, long radius high pressure adjustable elbows allow free passage of balls of the same radius, high pressure adjustable elbows are connected by wing nuts, featuring quick tightening, unloading and pressure sealing. High pressure mobile elbow can be used in high pressure discharge lines, input lines, temporary flow lines, well test lines, and other high pressure flow in acidic operating conditions. Cold working pressure 42MPa to 105MPa, with 2in and 3in high pressure adjustable elbows. The common high pressure adjustable elbow is type 10 or 50 type. The connection threads for high pressure adjustable elbows are usually ACME threads. High pressure adjustable elbows for conical pipe threads need to be manufactured specially.
2. Structural Features:
The adjustable elbows are of flexibility, impact resistance, vibration resistance and large flow. The movable elbow is connected by the wing nut, with the characteristics of fast tightening, unloading and pressure sealing, easy transportation and storage.
