The TP100 iron roughneck is the equipment used for load/unload and screw operation of the drill joint. Remote operation can improve safety and reduce labor intensity of operators. The whole machine adopts modular design, composed of column assembly, support arm assembly, clamp assembly, screw assembly, hydraulic system and electric control system, etc. with compact structure, small occupation of drilling floor area, can be applied to not only the new drilling rig, but also the upgrading of the existing drilling rig.
