Product Introductio:
The fracture valve FLS is big bore high pressure gate valve, it is main part of fracture X-tree. It normally use for the top wellhead in high pressure oil well, it can finish fracture and isolate the fluid in the hole. It has double outlet flange, valve body, valve cover and ram etc. they are all made from forging.
◆ The switching mode is divided by manual and hydraulic.
◆ Spray the tungsten carbide between the valve plate and valve seat and fulfill the sealing metal to metal, the surface roughness reach 0.2μm and make sure the reliable sealing.
◆ The assembly of valve plate and valve seat is simple structure, easy to displace on site.
◆ The sealing between valve seat and valve body use the non elastic lip compound sealing ring with inner and outer reverse direction and the outer PEEK material is used for sealing. The center is loaded by C276 spring, the inner lubricate with graphite, prevent from the particulate contamination into the valve chamber in the maximum and crease the working life of the valve plate and seat. Protect the valve body and seat sealing surface from damaging. Crease the sealing property under the low pressure.
◆ Use the high quality packing material on the sealing of valve rod, it can seal with pressure and bear the severe temperature and fluid environment.
◆ The lower valve rod ( balance rod) can identify the position of valve plate and the pressure in the balance chamber.
◆ The valve is safe and reliable, it is permitted to displace the packing material of valve rod under the pressure.
◆ The sealing between the valve body and valve cover use type BX stainless steel metal backing ring, it is safe and reliable.
