160kN Hydraulic Cathead Winch For Low Temperature Resistant Drilling Rig

Used for break-out and make-up operation for drilling rig. Our Catheads are named by actual output tensile force.

For the time being,main series is:3T,5T,10T,16T etc.(respectively corresponding 30 kN,50 kN,100 kN,160 kN).

From type the cathead consists of step cylinder type and drum-type driven by hydraulic motor. The step cylinder type cathead can be divided into head-fixed type and head-swing type(rotated with change of tensile force direction),working pressure are 16MPa,21MPa for each.

We can supply following products according to requirements from the Customer:
● Hydraulic cathead suitable for desert drilling rig, marine drilling rig borne with serious corrosion.
●Hydraulic cathead for low temperature resistant drilling rig in polar region.
●Suppressed rope end of no-rotating wire rope with the 3rd party authentication and certificate.
